THE CHALLENGE

Attracting new and keeping existing members

  • There were not enough new members per cohort and room for more.
  • There was also a significant drop-off in existing members after course mostly due to lack of a way to keep in touch (without nagging them).
  • Members were finding it difficult keeping their work from every session as it was all paper-based and had to be carried everywhere.

THE SOLUTION

New members area + new visual identity

  • New visual identity of the brand (including logo and colours) was created to appeal better to the target audience.
  • Key pages were redesigned to better communicate the value of the course when signing up.
  • The biggest addition was a new members area which was designed to help members build a long term relationship with the brand by increasing engagement, peer-to-peer networking. Members were also able to digitise their work, share ideas and support each other.
